When you get behind the wheel of any vehicle, you automatically assume responsibility for the safety of life and property that you drive past and park around. However, with commercial vehicles, your responsibilities double. As it is your job, you need to understand every aspect of the vehicle you are using to ensure you have complete control over it. Similarly, in the event of issues, you need to know what to do to ensure your safety, those on board, and around you.

To help you acquire the skills and knowledge you need to drive commercial vehicles safely, Ontario Truck & Forklift Driving School Inc is here to teach you everything you need to know. We educate you on how to drive ambulances, school buses, trailers, and more so you can acquire the necessary licensing to obtain the job you’re looking for and also stay safe.

Recently, we introduced a course for “Air Brake Endorsement (Z).” This air brake (Z) course is about the braking system used in commercial vehicles. It is designed to give you in-depth details about the braking system of trucks and trailers.

This class will benefit you if you are a newcomer to the trucking industry and refresh your memory if you are a returning client. It helps you understand how braking systems function, which could save your life in certain situations. We provide in-class learning and practical instructions to be used when driving heavy vehicles. That way, you can understand the situation properly and proceed appropriately. There is no alternate for this service as all newcomers have to learn this course material before driving a commercial vehicle with air brakes. This requirement is meant to increase caution and safety among commercial vehicle drivers.
